2012-2013 Tuition
The tuition fees for 2011-2012 are based upon an annual school year and six (6) equal payments. By enrolling your child, you assume responsibility for the full annual tuition. Payments are made as follows:

ACTIVITY FEE
We require an Activity fee of $135 per child. The activity fee covers special expenses such as field trips, parties, puppet shows, magicians, etc.
LATE TUITION POLICY
Payment is due on the first day of the scheduled month. A $25 late fee will be assessed if payment is not received by the
3rd business day. An additional $25 will be assessed each week until payment is received.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
1. Early drop off: We offer early drop off daily from 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. During this time, supervised free play is available. There is a nominal fee of $5 per day for this service (any part of this hour).
2. Extended Day: We offer after school care daily until 3:00 pm. During this time, supervised free play is available. The cost for this service is $15 per day. (any part of this time)
3. Enrichment: A variety of after school programs will be offered to the 3 year old and Pre-K classes. Costs for these classes vary and will be posted during enrichment registration.
NOTES
- There is a $35 processing fee for all returned checks.
- The initial tuition payment (May 1) is non-refundable.
- The students in the 2-year-old class must be 2 years old by September
30th.
- The state of Virginia requires a child to be five (5) by September 30 to enter kindergarten. Please take this into account when registering your child.
